O Fuji 400 é um filme negativo a cores de alta velocidade, equilibrado à luz do dia, com a tecnologia da 4ª camada de cor da Fujifilm para produzir cores vibrantes, mas de aparência natural, com tons de pele suaves e resultados repetíveis em condições de iluminação mista. Uma sensibilidade nominal de ISO 400/27° é adequada para utilização numa variedade de condições e a tecnologia de grão Super Fine-Sigma produz uma estrutura de grão fino discreta com elevada nitidez para beneficiar as aplicações de digitalização e impressão.
