A dream come true! During the pandemic the Photo Dealers project started to take shape.
From a huge passion, emerges the photo store and the laboratory that will be your new home
right in the heart of the city of Porto.
Carlos and Soraia, a mathematician and a philosopher, the logical and abstract reasoning
unites with the love of wisdom, two souls come together with the purpose of boosting the
analogical having the great challenge of making this fantastic art known to more people and
bringing the manual back, escaping from the digital/automatic that has taken over everything
around us.
The magic begins at the very first click of the camera, the light captured by the camera lens
causes a chemical reaction, agglutinating the salt crystals present in the film. After their
exposure to light and a series of laboratory procedures, we will have the origin of a negative
image, which will later be inverted, enlarged, and printed on paper. Here begins the beauty of
creating memories.
